At the start of the class, we will explore the ingredients together, discuss how to assess freshness and quality and decide as a group how to turn them into a thoughtful, balanced meal.
Our classes include everything you need to make a successful meal - from the ingredients to the aprons and all the equipment with hands on instruction - we are excited to have you come cook!
Upon conclusion of class, you will be invited to sit around our table and enjoy the meal you’ve created. Please bring a reusable container from home.
